Biography 

 

Kelly Griffith-Bauer, MD, is a Volunteer Clinical Instructor in the UW Department of Dermatology, where she teaches residents during their Dermatologic Surgery rotation.

Dr. Griffith-Bauer is a double board-certified dermatologist, fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, and cutaneous oncologist at Epiphany Dermatology, located in Bellevue and Mercer Island, Wash.

She provides comprehensive surgical dermatology care for adults with a special emphasis on the management of complex skin malignancies, including surgical excisions and Mohs micrographic surgery for melanoma and rare tumors.

Dr. Griffith-Bauer is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) and a member of the following professional organizations: Seattle Dermatologic Society (SDS), the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ISDS), and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). 

Having spent most of her life in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Griffith-Bauer has a deep appreciation for the region. On days off, you may often find her adventuring and climbing local peaks, skiing, boating, running, cycling, or camping in our incredible outdoors.
