Course Description
Clerkship with participation in dermatology clinics and inpatient consultations to gain experience and confidence in description of skin findings and perform special dermatologic diagnostic procedures. (2-weeks)

Goals & Objectives

Gain experience and confidence in description of skin findings.

Refine presentations/descriptions to be as precise and efficient as possible in communication about patients.

Learn to perform special diagnostic procedures (KOH, Tzanck test, patch test, skin biopsy) to assist in delineating patients’ problems.
