Biography
Rachel Finch is the Lead Histotechnologist of the Dermatologic Surgery Center Mohs Lab at UW Medical Center - Roosevelt. Rachel obtained her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from James Madison University.
She has held several positions in the corporate and public sector, including various roles in finance, program management, and human resources. She also received her Washington state real estate license and yoga teacher certification, to add to her varied interests and skill sets.
Her goal of pursuing a meaningful career led her to healthcare where she became fascinated with the field of Histology. Rachel completed her training in Medical Histology in 2022 and achieved her ASCP Board of Certification in 2023. She loves her job and appreciates the fulfilling work that contributes to patient care on a daily basis.
