Biography 

Dr. April Schachtel is a board certified Dermatologist with primary clinical interests in nail diseases, teledermatology, and the dermatology needs of veterans. Dr. Schachtel is the Section Chief of VA Puget Sound Dermatology. She is a member of American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Physicians and a board member of the Council for Nail Disorders. She is the co-host of “Clippings”, a podcast focused on nail diseases.
