Biography

Caitlin Crimp, MD, (she/her/hers) is a board-certified dermatologist who sees patients at the UW Medical Center–Roosevelt Dermatology Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center South Lake Union Clinic and Fred Hutch at UW Medical Center – Montlake. She is the Director of Phototherapy for UW Medicine healthcare system. 

Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Dr. Crimp received her MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2019. She is an alumnus of the University of Washington Department of Dermatology residency program where she graduated in 2023. During residency, Dr. Crimp served as a Co-Chief Resident. Her postgraduate training also includes an internship in internal medicine from the University of Washington.  

Dr. Crimp specializes in the treatment of cutaneous lymphoma and helping patients who are undergoing skin cancer treatments and experiencing side effects. As the Director of Phototherapy at UW Medicine, she offers individually tailored phototherapy treatments that use ultraviolet light to manage complex skin disorders, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, and atopic dermatitis (eczema).
