UW Dermatology Makes an Impact at SID 2025

Faculty and trainees from the UW Department of Dermatology had an exciting and rewarding experience at the 2025 Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID) Annual Meeting, held May 7–10 in San Diego.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with peers from around the world, showcase our department’s research, and engage with cutting-edge research and discoveries. 

Dr. Cory Simpson Elected to SID Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce that Cory Simpson, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology, and Principal Investigator for the Simpson Lab, has been officially elected to the SID's Board of Directors for a five-year term, as announced at the 2025 Annual Meeting.
