Dr. Alam has spent several years following her internal medicine residency in clinical practice as a hospitalist. Her clinical and research interests include complex medical-dermatology, inpatient consultative dermatology and skin of color. Following dermatology residency, she hopes to build her career in an academic setting with plenty of opportunities to teach.
